Account Executive
About the role
Senior Growth/Account Executive role focused on full-cycle sales to General Practice customers, driving expansion and onboarding of NHS practices with Healthtech-1’s automated NHS workflow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own a geographic patch and drive at least 10 live practices per week
- Convert demos to sign at 70% and sign-to-live funnel rate of 90%
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, events, field sales, referrals)
- Book and conduct product demos; close and onboard practices
- Improve team processes weekly and contribute to aiming for 15 practices live per person per week
- Maintain and enrich lead lists; keep CRM tidy; share responsibility for booking demos with Junior Growth Specialists
- Represent Healthtech-1 voice in interactions with practices; ensure high-quality customer interactions regardless of sale outcome
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience
- Worked in a fast paced startup environment
- Experience in full cycle sales and lead generation (preferred)
