About the role
Deployment Strategists turn hunches about data into reality by synthesizing complex customer problems, data, product needs, and user motivations to enable data-driven decisions and scalable solutions. This role involves field engagement with customers, collaboration with engineers and designers, delivering demos, and exploring new industries and locations.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points
- Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows, and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into a stable pipeline
- Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups
- Lead training sessions to ensure product adoption and impact
- Present results and proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design to inform cross-Palantir product offerings
- Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
- Scope out potential engagements in new industries and expanding locations around the world
Qualifications
- Active US Security Clearance at or above Top Secret
- Ability to travel 25 – 75% (location dependent)
- Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus
