About the role

AI for R&D of consumer brands; role focuses on building and executing the GTM engine with the CEO, targeting Fortune 500 CPG accounts with vertical ABM and highly tailored outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the CEO on GTM engine and vertical ABM into Fortune 500 CPG companies
  • Craft and personalize outreach materials for each target account
  • Ensure outbound replies from hard-to-reach Fortune 500 buyers
  • Prepare for meetings with thorough account context and collateral
  • Turn industry events into booked meetings and opportunities
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (events, content, promotions, direct outreach)
  • Test and iterate messaging weekly; keep effective elements and discard ineffective ones
  • Coordinate deal teams (AMs, integration specialists, etc.) for momentum
  • Maintain a tight, prioritized pipeline with zero surprises
  • Within weeks, conduct discovery calls independently
  • By month 6, own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Adopt a market-dominating mindset

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or GTM roles
  • Proximity to the CEO and ability to work in-person
  • Available to work in Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco, CA
  • US citizen/visa eligible
  • Willingness to work six days a week and commit to high bar of performance
