About the role

Senior full-stack software engineer role at Turing Labs Inc., building AI-powered R&D tools for consumer brands, with a focus on backend and LangChain-based agent infrastructure, in-person in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Engage deeply with real-world problems and own the complete lifecycle of creating novel, differentiating solutions.
  • Talk directly to customers to understand needs and drive product decisions.
  • Support and continue to build out our backend compute architecture (React, TypeScript, Bun, Elysia) and agentic infrastructure (LangChain-based).
  • Help expand possibilities by combining machine learning, agentic AI, and traditional software approaches.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of software experience building real products/tools
  • Aptitude for problem-solving and learning; willingness to own projects end-to-end
  • High-ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and candor, with ability to interact with customers, users, engineers, and domain experts.
  • Experience or interest in AI tooling and product development is a plus.
