About the role

AI native ATS + CRM for executive search firms. Role focuses on data transformation, migration, and enabling customers to onboard Stardex (AI-native ATS + CRM) with emphasis on data cleaning, SQL/TypeScript scripting, and leveraging AI automation.

Responsibilities

  • Write TypeScript/SQL scripts to transform, clean, and migrate data between systems
  • Ensure data migration accuracy with zero margin for error; maintain detailed documentation
  • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve processes
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Deliver work with a practical, results-driven attitude to meet deadlines
  • Ship clean, maintainable code and document work for process improvements

Qualifications

  • Experience with TypeScript/SQL scripting for data transformation and migration (recommended)
  • Detail-oriented with emphasis on data accuracy
  • Ability to use AI tools to automate workflows
  • Understanding of database optimization and schema design impact on queries
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive, deadline-driven mindset
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and document processes
