About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative and sales support role at solidcore studio in Laurel Village, SF. Focus on delivering strong client experience, managing class-related tasks, and supporting Head Coach & Community Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (C: warm welcome with name; O: connect to community; R: recognize efforts; E: educate about offers)
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction; respond to requests and concerns promptly
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail, treatments, packages, and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, schedule/cancel/rebook classes, package purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues/events/schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations; keep studio clean
  • Notify management of complaints or grievances and help respond appropriately
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all studio areas
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
