About the role

Lead commercial and pricing strategy within the Founder’s Office to accelerate and streamline Decagon’s enterprise go-to-market motion, including pricing, packaging, deal strategy, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work to develop and refine Decagon's pricing and packaging strategy
  • Own end-to-end deal strategy for enterprise opportunities, partnering directly with account executives and sales leaders to build proposals and drive deals to close
  • Build and scale internal pricing / commercial processes to match Decagon’s growth
  • Help shape Decagon’s commercial strategy alongside the rest of the Founder’s Office team
  • Be a thought leader in how to price agentic AI solutions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking / private equity / venture capital or high-velocity startups
  • Deep curiosity and desire to solve hard problems
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions as much as you implement them
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Top tier communication skills - both verbal and written
