About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales role at solidcore studio, responsible for delivering excellent client experience, promoting the studio, and supporting Head Coach & Community Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (C: welcoming, O: connecting, R: recognizing, E: educating)
  • Interacting with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction
  • Maintaining knowledge of studio retail and promotions
  • Performing routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling, class bookings, package purchases)
  • Communicating studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assisting Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations; keeping the studio clean
  • Notifying management of complaints or grievances and assisting in responses
  • Addressing maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients
  • Following up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Responding to client emails
  • Alerting coaches about client milestones and setting up the celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
