About the role

Be the CEO's strategic right hand — the force multiplier that turns ambiguity into execution. Own critical cross-functional projects, build scalable systems, and interface with investors/partners on behalf of the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting monthly investor updates and maintain investor CRM
  • Coordinating board materials and follow-up action items
  • Leading international expansion prep (UK, Portugal, Spain)
  • Building systems and dashboards for CEO visibility
  • Running weekly leadership syncs with department heads

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in high-growth startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking
  • Worked directly with founders or C-level executives in fast-paced environment
  • Master of execution: builds financial models, writes crisp decks, ships projects end-to-end
  • SaaS tool power user: Notion, Airtable, Figma, Raycast, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Spreadsheet wizard: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
  • Exceptional writer: can draft investor memos, board materials, strategic docs
  • Fluent in English + French (critical for FR/UK/PT markets)
