About the role

Engineering role focused on building scalable, end-to-end systems for Lucis' preventive health platform in Paris. Owns full-stack ownership, works with AI-enabled workflows, and ensures compliance with HDS and GDPR while scaling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Full-stack vertical ownership: from data model to API to UI, producing production-grade systems
  • Algorithms: translate clinical science into reproducible, auditable code
  • System architecture: design scalable, HDS-compliant infrastructure on AWS (CDK/Terraform) with capacity for 10× load while maintaining security and compliance
  • Engineering culture: run rituals, mentor through code review and spec quality
  • Driving engineering rituals and continuous improvement through Agile development practices and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

  • Shipped at least one product from 0→1
  • 2 deep areas of expertise and ability to operate across the full stack
  • Experience writing specs before coding for AI-enabled execution
  • Ability to review AI-generated code with focus on edge cases, security, and design quality
  • Bias toward shipping and delivering impactful solutions
  • Genuine interest in health and preventive healthcare
