Responsibilities
- Engage in Hands-On Coding: dedicate most of your time to hands-on coding, developing, and owning features across the entire product stack from conception to deployment.
- Build Systems and Cloud Infrastructure: design, build, and scale robust systems and cloud infrastructure to support applications and secure interactions with major AI platforms.
- Define Technical Strategy and Culture: collaborate with the founding team to shape technical strategies, influence product development, and establish engineering culture and best practices.
- Proactive Problem Solving: contribute proactively without waiting for established processes.
- Embrace Fast-Paced Development: thrive in a lean startup environment with rapid iteration and learning.
- Demonstrate Quality and Foresight: analyze potential outcomes to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications
- You've either been a founder before, or would like to become one soon
- Excellent AI augmented coding skills - while still being in control
- Experience building complex systems from scratch
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience building in the AI stack (Nice to Have; or a hunger to learn)
