About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore studios, focused on delivering the CORE client experience, assisting with daily operations, and driving studio sales.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing CORE client experience to life (welcome, engage, recognize, educate)
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and address satisfaction
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail and promotions
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, class scheduling, rebooking, purchases)
  • Communicate studio issues and schedule changes to clients and team
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches with daily operations and maintaining a clean studio
  • Notify management of complaints and assist in responses
  • Address maintenance/equipment issues visible to clients
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota
  • Respond to client emails
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
