About the role

Senior leadership role responsible for outbound, go-to-market and commercial aspects of C3 AI products, including core Agentic AI Platform, cross-industry and Generative AI applications, and new initiatives such as C3 AI Agentic Process Automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a team of high performing product marketers and prioritize activity in a high growth company.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer requirements and partner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities.
  • Work with Sales and Pre-sales to win customer business, support product demonstrations, and engage with customers through the sales cycle.
  • Develop compelling product content for Sales and Pre-sales including training, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, and cheat sheets.
  • Create external product content such as data sheets, case studies, website content, blogs, webinars, solution guides, product launches, etc.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enable product positioning and materials on the website; create and run campaigns to generate leads.
  • Showcase products at marquee events hosted by C3 AI or partners.
  • Analyze and propose pricing for all products.
  • Present with authority at industry conferences, panels, customers, and internal events.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the full product suite and articulate capabilities to customers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers and build trusted advisor relationships.
  • Travel approximately 25%+ to customer sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
  • Master of Science or MBA
  • 15+ years’ experience in product marketing delivering results and revenue growth
  • 10+ years managing individual contributors, hiring and leading in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing and developing data-driven product marketing programs
  • Experience with product positioning, competitive analysis, and product pricing
  • Ability to develop product strategy and execute against plans
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with sales and product management to achieve results
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement leading to advocacy and partnerships
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects independently and collaboratively
