About the role
Founding Solutions Engineer at Rippletide serving as the critical bridge between the platform and enterprise customers, delivering deeply technical, client-facing integrations and shaping product direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical engagements with enterprise clients, from initial discovery and architecture review through deployment, optimization, and ongoing support.
- Design and implement custom integration solutions that connect Rippletide's Action Runtime with client systems, internal APIs, and existing AI infrastructure.
- Build reusable reference architectures, sample applications, and technical documentation that accelerate onboarding for new customers and partners.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, translating real-world deployment challenges into actionable feedback for the Engineering and Product teams.
- Conduct technical workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate the value of policy-aware action control to executive and engineering audiences alike.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a customer-facing engineering role at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to read and contribute to codebases across the stack.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and cloud services in complex enterprise environments — comfortable navigating SSO, VPCs, and compliance requirements.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for making complex technical concepts accessible to diverse audiences.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through.
