About the role

GoSats is seeking a first-principles, data-driven VP of Growth to architect and lead the entire growth engine from first touch to evangelist. The role reports to the CEO and sits on the executive team, with ownership of growth metrics, multi-channel strategy, product-led growth, and a data-driven culture to scale GoSats to 10 million users.

Responsibilities

  • - Own the Number: be the single owner of primary growth KPIs: Net User Growth, CAC, and LTV.
  • - Architect the Engine: design, build, and lead a multidisciplinary growth org spanning Performance Marketing, SEO, Content, Community, Referrals, and Lifecycle/CRM.
  • - Master the Flywheel: develop quantitative understanding of the organic loop and invest capital in high-return channels.
  • - Scale New Channels: expand paid channels (Meta/Google) and explore new, unconventional channels.
  • - Drive Product-Led Growth: work with CEO and product/engineering to improve activation, retention, and referrals.
  • - Build a Data-Driven Culture: implement systems, tools, and processes for rigorous analysis and experimentation.

Qualifications

  • - Experience in a senior growth or marketing leadership role at a high-growth consumer fintech or B2C product in India.
  • - First-principles thinker who builds growth strategy from the ground up.
  • - Strategic and hands-on capable of multi-year planning and doing execution.
  • - Deeply quantitative with experience in CAC, LTV, payback analyses.
  • - Strong leadership and talent development abilities to build and manage a growth team.
