About the role

Open-ended, product-oriented hiring track for individuals who want to define their role at SentiLink. Candidates pitch a product, initiative, or new area of investment and, if selected, lead it from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of a high-impact product or business initiative and driving it from concept through execution
  • Defining and validating new product opportunities
  • Translating ambiguous problems into clear product strategies
  • Leading cross-functional development across engineering, data, GTM, and operations
  • Owning product direction, execution, and outcomes
  • Partnering closely with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives
  • Building 0→1 products or scaling early-stage bets

Qualifications

  • Builders with deep experience in financial services
  • Highly analytical, structured in thinking, able to break down ambiguous problems into clear opportunities
  • Experience driving complex initiatives end-to-end, influencing stakeholders, and using data to inform decisions
  • Strong product instincts and ability to translate business problems into product ideas and communicate them clearly across audiences
  • High ownership, fast execution, thrive in 0→1 environments
