About the role

Role focused on creating mobile video ads to engage millions, with opportunities to cover multiple product scopes and contribute to transversal initiatives within Voodoo's Growth team.

Responsibilities

  • Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people
  • Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark competitors, experiment with new ideas
  • Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
  • Work within a small creative squad with diverse teammates
  • Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual)
  • Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)

Qualifications

  • Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
  • Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity
  • Creative and have a hacker mindset
  • Understand how your creations drive marketing performance
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)
  • Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
