About the role

Growth Manager responsible for scaling top priority mobile games or a portfolio of titles by leading marketing strategy and leveraging paid and non-paid growth channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
  • Execute all acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, App Store Optimization, and community building (not exhaustive).
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources.
  • Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole).
  • 2-7 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech environments).
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and French.
