About the role

Publishing Manager focused on establishing and growing Voodoo’s presence in Türkiye, overseeing partnerships with studios, guiding product strategy and launches, and owning P&L for titles within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing Voodoo’s presence in Türkiye by developing strong relationships across the local gaming ecosystem(s)
  • Building and managing a portfolio of high-potential studios through outreach, industry events, and partnerships
  • Guiding studios on product strategy and creative direction to build strong, marketable prototypes
  • Leading launches as a product director by forming the product vision, roadmap, and execution to scale successful titles
  • Owning the full P&L of your games, with a sharp focus on growth and profitability
  • Driving deep market and competitive analysis to identify trends and define what we should build next

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • 3+ years in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g. consulting, banking, tech, or startups)
  • Strong strategic thinking, product sense, and analytical skills
  • Passionate about gaming and consumer products
  • Comfortable owning complex projects and working autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Turkish
  • Personal passion or creative interest outside of work
