About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations Lead to support cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end operational projects, and drive data-driven improvements across production, real estate, and mission-support functions. The role involves standing up new processes, solving high-priority, ambiguous problems, and coordinating with senior stakeholders including C-suite across multiple functions and locations.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition, to solutioning, to implementation, to clean transition of ownership.
  • Solve problems at the intersection of people, hardware, and software systems, including inventory management, staffing & recruiting operations, asset-tracking in the field, and manufacturing data on quality issues.
  • Forward-deploy to new locations to stand up facilities and engage with customers, partners, contractors, government stakeholders, and prospective hires.
  • Partner with Strategic Real Estate, Global Defense, and Corporate Development on site selection, lease execution, facility buildout, tenders and proposals, localization planning, M&A diligence, and post-acquisition operational integration.
  • Work on strategic problems with structure, ambiguity, and cross-functional alignment to inform decisions.
  • Leverage ERP, MRP, HRIS, and other systems to perform scrappy analyses and uplift process measurement and improvements.
  • Project manage across large, distributed groups including C-suite executives to drive solutions.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
  • Strong agency and judgment to operate independently
  • Builds trust and relationships across functions, cultures, and seniority levels
  • Comfortable moving between big-picture strategy, details, and execution
  • Strong communication across engineers, finance, external partners, and executives across time zones
  • Self-aware and coachable
  • High ownership with the ability to juggle multiple (2-3+) projects in parallel
