About the role

Anduril is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide data-driven analytical products supporting business strategy, requirements, and concepts of employment within the Mission Engineering Operations team. The role involves translating stakeholder questions into physics-based analyses, designing experiments with mission-level simulations, and producing clear analytical artifacts to demonstrate how Anduril technology contributes to mission success.

Responsibilities

  • Employ the scientific method to develop model-driven analysis (and often the models themselves)
  • Develop a deep understanding of the transformational value of Anduril’s platform, autonomy, simulation, and perception products
  • Use advanced internal modeling & simulation capabilities to gain analytical advantage
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly through written, visual, and verbal presentations to internal teams and external customers

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant Science or Engineering field
  • Active U.S. Secret security clearance (ability to maintain)
  • 2+ years of hands-on AFSIM scripting experience (deeper experience highly valued)
  • Proficiency with modeling and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Simulink)
  • Experience in Platform MS&A (aero, fuel, and signature modeling)
  • Experience in Payload MS&A (radar, EOIR, communications, or weapons payloads)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences
  • Working knowledge of domains such as OCA/DCA, ISR, SEAD/DEAD, Electronic Attack, or Long Range Fires
