About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join Production, focusing on end-to-end operational improvements across supply chain, manufacturing, planning, and cross-functional teams. The role blends strategic projects with hands-on operational execution to ensure hardware is delivered On-time, with Quality, at Cost.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
  • Work on operational problems involving the intersection of hardware and software systems (inventory management, asset-tracking in the field, manufacturing data on quality issues).
  • Work on strategic problems, providing structure to ambiguity and detailing implications and tradeoffs for decisions.
  • Leverage data from business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS, etc.) to create insights and analytics, equipping teams to measure and improve processes (using tools like Excel, Palantir Foundry).
  • Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines while also developing scalable long-term solutions.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders, leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional effort.
  • Interacting with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and more to learn the business end-to-end.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, business analyst, or similar roles.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; able to move without prompting.
  • Proactive problem solver who brings solutions and iterates with feedback.
  • Ability to build clear problem-framing frameworks; comfort with ambiguity often present in hardware startups.
  • Willingness to give and receive feedback to drive growth.
  • Enthusiasm for translating operational problems into data problems and executing on them.
  • Comfort working across functions and communicating with large groups and senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with ability to perform analyses in Excel or similar tools.
  • Comfortable communicating broadly and aligning senior leadership; enjoy wide visibility of work.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
