About the role

Strategy & Operations role in Anduril’s Production organization, focusing on end-to-end operational improvements across hardware procurement, manufacturing, and delivery, with cross-functional collaboration and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Work on strategic problems, providing structure to ambiguity and guiding cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions on strategic issues using first principles thinking and comprehensive research.
  • Own operational projects end-to-end from Definition, Solution, to Implementation, handling ambiguous problems with limited prescriptions.
  • Address operational problems at the intersection of hardware and software systems (inventory management, asset-tracking in the field, manufacturing data on production quality).
  • Leverage data from business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) to create insights and analytics, equipping teams with tools to measure and improve processes (e.g., Excel, Palantir Foundry).
  • Perform scrappy analyses on short timelines while also developing scalable long-term solutions.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders, leading meetings and coordinating with large groups to drive solutions.
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and more to understand the business end-to-end.

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, a business analyst role, or similar where delivering results was essential.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate without needing direction; willing to move quickly and respond to feedback.
  • Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions independently, iterating with the team.
  • Strong aptitude for building clear problem-structuring frameworks; comfortable with the messiness of hardware startups.
  • Willingness to learn the business top-to-bottom and engage across functions.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to model problems with data and perform quick analyses in Excel or similar tools.
  • Comfortable communicating with large groups and senior leadership.
  • U.S. Person status required (export-controlled data access).
