About the role

Director-level role responsible for shaping and capturing ground and air launched advanced effects opportunities with the US Army and international partners within Anduril’s Advanced Effects line.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and capture US Army Advanced Effects opportunities. Develop growth strategies, monitor buying cycles, and lead proposal and capture efforts.
  • Develop capture strategies with cohesive business plans, acquisition plans, and alignment to investment strategies; engage stakeholders and secure funding; develop win themes and supplier strategies for competitive captures.
  • Drive product development and program transition by translating client needs to engineering, identifying milestones, and informing product decisions to support ACAT 1 roadmaps.
  • Grow existing business by partnering with execution teams and engineers to expand work with current clients and explore new areas through ongoing client relationships.
  • Communicate Anduril's value to clients and broader audiences, projecting the company ethos and competitive edges.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience working with US Army program offices / customers; deep understanding of US Army customer community, requirements process, and operational needs.
  • Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains, across various roles and missions.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
  • Ability to travel 50% – 75%.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
