About the role

Director level role in Anduril’s Business Development team focusing on identifying, shaping, capturing, and growing new opportunities, communicating Anduril’s value to clients, informing product development, and partnering with Operations to grow existing business.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and capture business opportunities by understanding client base, roadmaps, and competitive landscape; manage engagements, develop growth strategies, and monitor buying cycles.
  • Grow existing business by partnering with Operations to expand work with current clients and leverage partnerships for new opportunities.
  • Communicate Anduril’s value to clients, partners, competitors, and the public, conveying insights on next-generation defense technology and competitive edges.
  • Inform product development by translating client problems into engineering requirements, providing clarity on priorities, milestones, and communicating with stakeholders, informing new product decisions.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to hold a NV2 Australian security clearance. TSPV is desired.
  • Ability to travel to meet with customers and support activities.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of an integrated, international team.
  • Robust knowledge of Australia legal frameworks as it relates to defense and technology projects.
