About the role

AI Creative Strategist role to launch winning ads on paid social. Founding team member helping customers hit growth targets using GetCrux, shaping product, and onboard onboarding/new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers meet their growth & creative KPIs using GetCrux – Existing Customers: Own the relationship with the existing customer portfolio. Work with growth and creative teams to surface insights, build creative testing plans, ideate new concepts, and generate AI creatives to meet KPIs – New Customer Onboarding: Onboard new customers with GTM and product teams, understand their processes and goals, and set up appropriate workflows in GetCrux
  • Help improve the platform and shape the product roadmap – Follow market trends, track best practices for each social ad platform, AI model developments, and represent customer voice in product roadmap – Monitor product usage, track customer issues, and coordinate resolutions with product and engineering teams

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in creative strategist or growth marketing at a fast growing startup OR customer success manager at a fast growing B2B SaaS / AI startup in the marketing domain
