About the role
AI Copilot for insights & strategy role focused on understanding customers, shaping what to build, and shipping with ownership over full product lifecycle in a flat, fast-paced, AI-native startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand customers and translate needs into product priorities.
- Own the full product lifecycle: gather context, decide what to build, develop, launch, measure impact, and iterate.
- Improve UI/UX to make the product faster, clearer, and more delightful for researchers.
- Design and ship in-app growth experiments, onboarding flows, and activation loops to improve conversion and retention.
- Build bespoke features and integrations for key customers and translate learnings into product capabilities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years full-stack experience building web applications.
- Strong React and TypeScript.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code) as part of daily workflow.
- Fluent English.
