Responsibilities

  • Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and database with deployability in mind
  • Wrangle complex systems involving securities law, money movement, and investor/founder interactions
  • Participate in code reviews and shape the engineering playbook for AI-generated code workflows
  • Experiment with new tools and AI-enabled approaches to scale a small team
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, low-bureaucracy environment
  • Maintain high quality, reliability, and user-centric design in a product handling real monetary transactions

Qualifications

  • Smart > experienced: ability to figure out solutions regardless of prior language/framework experience (Rails and React used at the company)
  • AI-native: adept with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Codex, Claude) as a core part of coding and problem-solving
  • Full stack capability: ability to ship a feature end-to-end (frontend, backend, database, deploy)
