About the role

RF/Wireless Compliance Engineer focused on regulatory certification of Starlink’s radio products and systems, owning FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and international radio compliance from design through certification and market access for Starlink User Terminals, Wi‑Fi products, and related components.

Responsibilities

  • - Lead RF regulatory strategy and certification for Starlink User Terminals and Wi-Fi products across all target markets
  • - Own compliance to FCC, ISED, ETSI, RED, and equivalent global wireless regulations
  • - Manage radio testing (emissions, immunity, SAR, etc.) with accredited labs
  • - Work directly with RF hardware and firmware teams to implement design changes required for certification
  • - Prepare and maintain technical files and certification applications
  • - Support global market access for wireless features, including new frequency bands and power levels

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or other STEM discipline
  • - 1+ years of experience in RF/wireless regulatory compliance and certification (internship experience applicable)
