About the role

Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition role focused on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory to achieve new customer acquisition. Hybrid role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline (100% net new logo)
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp and leadership programs
  • Partner with Solutions Architects and work with Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Thai communication skills (Must)
  • 7+ years field experience of quota-carrying sales in a fast-paced market with focus on new business
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
  • Skilled in building business champions and managing a complex sales process
  • Driven and competitive with a strong desire to succeed
  • Skilled in managing time and resources; effective in qualifying opportunities
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility; high EQ and self-awareness
