About the role

Growth Associate role providing structured entry into Voodoo's Growth team (expertise across user acquisition, playable ads, monetization, and account management) with hands-on campaigns, data and business challenges from day one. Final-year internship that can convert to permanent contract based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more (User Acquisition).
  • Run bid, audience, and creative tests; develop instinct for effective hooks; scale high-performing campaigns.
  • Design and develop high-impact playable ads to drive user acquisition; research audience preferences; iterate to maximize performance.
  • Analyze user interactions with ad stack and monetization flows; run experiments on placements, formats, and segmentation to maximize revenue while preserving retention.
  • Test and implement monetization solutions across the portfolio to generate uplifts in revenues.
  • Collaborate with external publishers as Account Management (B2B) to grow their apps, interpret data, and optimize tool usage.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data-driven decision making
  • Genuine interest in mobile apps, games, or performance marketing
  • Autonomous and proactive; proactive in problem solving
