About the role

Senior full-stack engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership across platforms (Claude.ai, Anthropic API, enterprise deployments, Claude Code, and mission-driven applications) with a product-oriented mindset, leading technical quality and scale to millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Ecosystem: identify and build for next 10x markets (Life Sciences and Healthcare) and build commercial rails to turn Claude into a revenue line.
  • Beneficial Deployments Engineering: build access programs, tooling, and product work to make frontier AI usable for nonprofits, schools, healthcare providers, researchers, and economic mobility programs.
  • Vertical AI Products: contribute to industry-specific experiences (Life Sciences) with agentic research platform and specialist agents for computational biology, literature review, and regulatory review.
  • Enterprise AI Products: focus on extensibility (plugins, connectors, MCP ecosystem), context (enterprise knowledge and retrieval layer), and proactivity (cowork suggestions, ambient Claude in apps).
  • Public Sector: deliver Claude to government and regulated environments (FedRAMP, classified networks).
  • Enterprise Foundations: build identity, permissions, security/compliance controls, and admin analytics to enable Claude at scale across Claude.ai, Claude Code, and Cowork.
  • Growth: drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through data-driven growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 8 years of practical full-stack engineering experience, ideally with 2+ years operating at a Staff or equivalent technical leadership level
  • Led design and delivery of complex, consumer or B2B user-facing products across the full stack
  • Technical expert in modern frontend and backend development (e.g., React, TypeScript)
  • Product-focused approach to building robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions
  • Experience in early startup or fast-moving environments; ability to ship 0→1 products; mentorship and growth of peers
  • Driven cross-team alignment to ship impactful work; influence over authority
  • Experience establishing engineering standards, component architectures, and development best practices
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can navigate ambiguity to deliver high-quality products
