About the role

Growth interns to help build and scale the outbound engine for go-to-market, researching target accounts, writing outreach campaigns, building signal-driven lead lists, and developing a repeatable sales motion with direct collaboration with founders.

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build high-quality prospect lists
  • Write and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and events
  • Help build and iterate on our repeatable go-to-market playbook
  • Develop sales collateral, one-pagers, and demo materials for different customer segments
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and iterate on messaging weekly
  • Help build and maintain our CRM and outreach infrastructure
  • Support partnership and BD conversations across biotech and pharma

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills; ability to draft compelling cold emails
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and bias toward action
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially with lists, outreach sequences, and follow-ups
  • Genuine curiosity about science, biotech, or healthcare; excited to learn the language
  • Good communicator who can explain their thinking clearly
