About the role
Palantir builds data-driven software for decision-making. This role focuses on crafting and executing processes to streamline deployments, reduce friction, and enable engineers to focus on technical problems. It combines project management, process optimization, and execution in a client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on many different types of problems and challenges across deployments and pilots.
- Be the first responders when things go wrong, taking initiative to fix issues and escalating only when necessary.
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable the team to focus on core work.
- Think creatively, collaborate, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
