About the role

Account Manager for Starlink Strategic Connectivity focused on serving enterprise customers from contract signature through activation and long-term retention, with emphasis on social and humanitarian impact in underserved communities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts, owning the interface from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth including social and humanitarian impact.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service at scale to underserved communities
  • Develop engagement strategy and content for underserved communities that enables continuous growth and self-support
  • Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
  • Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development
  • Maintain a culture of extreme ownership to drive growth and streamline processes
  • Help define and shape the overall social impact narrative for Starlink, documenting stories, case studies, and reports showing measurable societal benefits
  • Manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (international aid orgs, philanthropic entities, regulatory bodies)
  • Define and advocate internal policy changes to embed social impact in Starlink culture (training, resource allocation, incentives)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of consulting, project management, or strategic planning experience
  • 2+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, commercial or government contracts, or business/enterprise customers
