About the role

Account Manager for Starlink Strategic Connectivity, serving as the primary interface for a portfolio of enterprise/strategic connectivity accounts from contract signature through activation and long-term retention, with a focus on social impact initiatives and measurable societal benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts, managing onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth including social and humanitarian impact.
  • Deliver impeccable customer service at scale to underserved communities; develop engagement strategy and content to enable continuous growth and self-support.
  • Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations; collect and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • Maintain culture of extreme ownership to drive growth and streamline processes.
  • Help define and shape the social impact narrative for Starlink with stories, case studies, and reports showing measurable societal benefits in education, healthcare, and economic development in remote areas.
  • Manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders (international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, regulatory bodies).
  • Define and advocate for internal policy changes to make social impact a foundational element of Starlink’s culture, including training, resource allocation, and impact-aligned incentives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of consulting, project management, or strategic planning experience
  • 2+ years in an external-facing role managing vendors, contracts, or enterprise customers
