About the role
Deployment Lead responsible for defining and delivering complex OpenAI deployments to customers, translating business outcomes into technical plans, and driving end-to-end delivery across OpenAI FDE, Researchers, and Customer Engineers with a hybrid Tokyo-based role.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams. Translate business objectives into a roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
