About the role

Build the operating system behind Rippletide, owning mechanisms that allow founders and teams to move quickly without losing control across cross-border (US and France) company execution, financial planning, HR, legal, recruiting, sales operations, vendor management, and internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Company operating cadence and execution follow-through.
  • Financial planning, cash management, and reporting.
  • US and French company administration.
  • Legal and contract operations.
  • HR, payroll, benefits, and people operations.
  • Recruiting operations and onboarding.
  • Board and investor operations.
  • Sales operations and revenue reporting.
  • Vendor and external-provider management.
  • Cross-border coordination.
  • Internal systems, processes, and accountability.
  • Preparation for the operational requirements of the next stage of growth.
  • Decide what should be internal, automated, or outsourced.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating close to founders in a high-growth technology company.
  • Understanding of finance, people, legal, commercial operations, and execution integration.
  • Not seeking an office-management role, but building operational architecture from the ground up.
  • Willingness to do the work initially with a system-focused approach.
  • Experience across the US and Europe, especially France, is a strong advantage.
