About the role

Marketing Manager role responsible for end-to-end strategy, execution, measurement, and ownership of Rippletide's marketing presence in the French and American AI ecosystem, reporting to the Founder/CEO with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling campaigns and content that build awareness and trust with enterprise buyers.
  • Decide where and when we show up — LinkedIn, the company blog, the newsletter, events, press, partnerships — and make it happen.
  • Own the marketing calendar — coordinating content, campaigns, events, and PR initiatives across channels.
  • Manage relationships with PR agencies, freelancers, and media contacts; track coverage and optimize outreach.
  • Track and analyze performance across marketing channels — traffic, engagement, lead types, etc. — identify what's working, and act on it.
  • Support Sales and GTM with collateral, battlecards, case studies, and launch assets.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience at a startup (tech preferred).
  • Strong project management skills — you keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping details.
  • Solid writer in English, comfortable producing social posts, email sequences, and short-form articles. French is a plus.
  • Comfortable with marketing tools: CRM, email platforms, analytics dashboards, and scheduling tools.
  • Autonomous and execution-oriented — you don't wait for a brief, you write one.
  • Based in San Francisco and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Entrepreneurial instincts — you treat problems as opportunities, take ownership naturally, and move with urgency.
