About the role
Lunch Assistant (Part Time) at Lyons Elementary School, Lansing School District. Supports cafeteria and recess operations, interacts with students, and assists with lunch procedures.
Responsibilities
- Wipe & clean tables between meal services
- Assist students with food trays
- Provide punctual, reliable, and respectful service to your assigned school
- Occasionally supervise students independent of other school administrators
- Interact with students from diverse backgrounds
- Other duties as assigned to best support the Lansing School District mission
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform manual tasks & follow instructions
- Previous experience working with students in a school setting
