About the role

Graphite is defining the future of code review and is seeking a software engineer to help define the company’s technical direction, work across the stack, and lead new projects in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with us to build a real-time, collaborative code review platform with social features
  • Help us to define the technical direction of the company
  • Mentor other engineers and architect frameworks to help us build a codebase that scales
  • Architect new features around code understanding, CI/CD pipelines, and more.

Qualifications

  • Industry experience building high-quality software products
  • An ability to identify problems, build alignment, and implement solutions autonomously
  • Comfortable working with and designing abstractions and frameworks which increase developer velocity
