About the role

Role owning the entire card and payments experience at GoSats, including card issuance, KYC onboarding, transaction processing, settlements, chargebacks, international card use and credit line products. Responsible for defining roadmap and working cross-functionally with engineering, design and banking partners; partner with Head of Banking Partnerships on product-market-bank integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire card and payments experience at GoSats, including card issuance, KYC onboarding, transaction processing, settlements, chargebacks, to international card use and credit line products
  • Define the product roadmap for cards & payments and drive delivery with engineering, design, and banking partners
  • Collaborate with Head of Banking Partnerships on product-market-bank integrations
  • Ship features that scale to millions of transactions and support GoSats’ wealth-building platform
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure regulatory and operational compliance across payments ecosystem

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years as a PM at a fintech, payments, or card product company
  • Deep understanding of card issuance lifecycle, payment rails, UPI, and PPI regulations
  • Strong analytical chops – proficient in Mixpanel/Amplitude
  • Experience scaling a card or payment product to 100K+ users
  • Excellent written communication for cross-functional alignment
