About the role

Senior full-stack role at GoSats, focusing on building scalable payment flows, settlement and ledger systems, and AI-assisted code delivery. Responsible for end-to-end feature ownership, architecture reviews, and scaling backend to millions of users in a fintech context.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ownership of features from API design to production deployment - no swim lanes
  • Own the architecture of our settlement and ledger systems, ensuring zero financial discrepancies as transaction volumes 10x
  • Own code quality standards across the engineering team and lead architecture reviews
  • Own scaling our backend to 10M users without rewriting core systems

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience (inferred from role listing)
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js / Python, React Native and AWS Services
  • Experience with building production systems handling large-scale transactions and financial ledgering (inferred from role description)
  • Strong architectural and leadership capabilities (inferred from responsibilities)
