About the role

Senior Product Sales Manager to support Starlink adoption across the world, focusing on enterprise sales for Starlink. Requires balance of business and technical acumen, knowledge of Starlink product and network, and ability to drive revenue targets within a high-velocity team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the user experience of Enterprise customers for Starlink.com – this includes checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing
  • Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally
  • Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management
  • Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities
  • Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams
  • Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings
  • Oversee technical training and development for team members
  • Represent Starlink at global conferences and events

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
