About the role

Deployment lead for BMS/EPMS and SCADA integration in Crusoe’s hyperscale data centers, aligning field-level HVAC, electrical, and monitoring infra with design standards to enable resilient, efficient, and scalable AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the field deployment, integration, and startup of automation solutions for BMS/EPMS systems, ensuring seamless integration with electrical and cooling infrastructure.
  • Enforce system standards, frameworks, and deployment patterns for controls, BMS, and EPMS rollout across multiple projects and sites.
  • Deploy and configure dashboards, HMIs, and operator workstations for clear visibility and control of complex building and power systems.
  • Oversee system integrators during deployments and point-to-point checkouts to ensure design standard compliance; act as controls escalation point for automation integration issues.
  • Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and OEM partners to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, and MQTT networks.
  • Conduct system testing, simulation, FAT, and SAT to validate functionality and data accuracy prior to handover.
  • Ensure controls platforms collect and push real-time/historical data for performance insight.
  • Mentor and train other controls engineers on operation, troubleshooting, and execution methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
