About the role

Role focused on owning and accelerating growth for Beach Bum’s flagship game or portfolio of titles, leveraging Voodoo’s performance marketing engine and non-paid growth levers to drive aggressive scale.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
  • Execute all acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive).
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources.
  • Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years experience on Growth expertise, in a fast-paced, analytical environments (gaming, high-growth tech environments B2C)
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and performance marketing.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew, with French considered a strong plus.
