About the role

Technical Projects Operations Lead at Anduril works on high-leverage, cross-functional problems across hardware and software to improve efficiency and scale. Embedded in various functions (field ops, engineering, supply chain, product), focusing on accelerating hardware development, sustainment operations, and customer-facing analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from zero to one, from framing the problem to executing on a chosen solution.
  • Operate across both hardware and software, bringing solutions to problems across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and more.
  • Work deeply within Anduril’s business systems (ERP, MRP, MES) to understand data and process flows across the company.
  • Develop analytics and tooling ranging from Excel crunching to scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Project manage across teams, lead meetings, and manage digital communications to direct stakeholders toward solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to bring structure, insight, and velocity to high-priority operational challenges.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or engineering/technical roles.
  • Technical—data-driven, understands systems, and can communicate with engineering and product teams.
  • Strategic—defines frameworks, builds business cases, integrates solutions into broader initiatives.
  • Builder—prefers designing and implementing better solutions over patching.
  • Self-driven and proactive—bias for action.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity—enjoy untangling complex problems.
  • Clear communicator in technical and non-technical contexts.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
