Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and implementation for new customers

- Help document best practices and implementation patterns
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar)

- Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work with non-technical stakeholders
