About the role

Starlink Business Operations combines planning, analytics, and strategic decision-making to support leadership in near-term execution and long-term planning for Starlink. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional leadership, and rapid execution in a lean, high-agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own global S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) for specific hardware products to convert hardware into active, paying customers
  • Analyze KPIs (active subscribers, network utilization, produce-to-activate latency, inventory turnover, hardware unit economics including CAC and payback) and develop complex S&OP models and decision tools
  • Translate analysis into strategic insights and hardware mix strategy to accelerate adoption, maximize lifetime value, and minimize working capital
  • Orchestrate global supply allocation and demand forecasting by synthesizing demand signals with network capacity constraints, coordinating with Network Engineering
  • Drive resource planning for specific verticals, including critical hardware ramp and sunset plans with Hardware & Manufacturing Engineering
  • Enable and accelerate go-to-market execution for products post-licensing and certification for zero-latency deployment
  • Identify initiatives to improve Starlink’s operational trajectory, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with SpaceX leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship
  • 1+ years of experience in Excel or programming
