About the role
Recruiting Coordinators handle scheduling, candidate data tracking, and candidate experience throughout the interview process in a fast-paced startup-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual candidate interviews
- Schedule candidate interviews and handle logistics promptly and accurately
- Represent and facilitate partnerships with stakeholders, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service
- Drive and participate in ad hoc process improvement initiatives and special projects
- Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in Greenhouse ATS
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions to improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
